How do I pay and what methods of payment do you accept?

To facilitate transactions, CannabisCowboys accepts Interact E Transfer, Bitcoin, money orders and cash.

Are taxes included?

Yes, all taxes are included in the price.

When will I receive a tracking number?

If you have selected express shipping, a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of receiving payment.

What if my order is wrong?

If there is any problem with the order, please contact us immediately. Although a wrong order is a very rare occurrence, customer satisfaction is priority at CannabisCowboys. If an item is missing, please take a photo of the items you received and the Canada Post envelope and email it to us. In the case of wrong items, please take a photo of the products that you did receive and email it to us.

Is the packaging discreet?

To insure customer discretion, all packages are smell proof and look like a regular delivery. There are no logos or anything describing the product inside.

When will ______ be back in stock?

Due to the elite strains and products that CannabisCowboys stocks, we do have a high demand and are constantly updating our website. Please check back often and feel free to email customer service with any questions.

Do you have a refund policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at CannabisCowboys. We handle refunds on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our product after trying it, please do not consume any more as we would need the remaining product to issue a refund. If the product is defective or incorrect, please take a photo and send it to us. Our customer service team would be more than happy to help. Shipping FAQ’s

What happens if my package isn’t delivered?

Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, we are here to help. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it. If for some reason you didn’t receive your package, please contact immediately via our customer service line or email us. We will have to start an investigation with Canada Post in order to issue a refund.

In order to avoid any lost packages, please double check your shipping address, including apt number and postal code.

Make sure to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. If you choose to ship without tracking information, or signature, you are physically surrendering the package to Canada Post and there is no way we can investigate accordingly.

My address is wrong! What can I do?

If your order is still in processes or pending, please contact our sales department immediately and we can change it for you. Unfortunately if the order is already shipped, it will be delivered to the address you provided, please contact one of our representatives immediate and we can go from there.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Usually it will be one or two business days to process and ship out to you. If you have any questions regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly customer service department via telephone or email. We respond to emails very quickly.

We offer a number of shipping options for customer convenience. Each option has a different fee and delivery time. CannabisCowboys offers the options of “signature required” and “no signature required”. If you choose “signature required” you will have to physically sign for the package, if you choose “no signature required” you are enabling Canada Post to leave the delivery for you without a signature, for example, dropping it off in a mail box.

When choosing a shipping option, please keep in mind that smaller regions will get less service than major regions. If you reside in a sparsely populated area, priority shipping may take the same amount of time as express shipping. It all depends on the area and the corresponding postal service. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly customer service department.

$15 Express Shipping. Express Shipping is FREE on orders of $200 or more.

We ship all our packages express/expedited. The average shipping cost for each package is $15. We found very little price difference shipping regular post so we’ve stopped offering it.

Local (Toronto, GTA) 1-2 business days. Regional: 2-3 business days. National: up to 4 business days.
